(d) The Certificate of the Medico-Psychological Association certifying that the applicant has completed her training and passed her examination before 1st November 1919.
(6) For admission to the supplementary part of the Register con-
taining the names of nurses trained in the nursing and care of mental defectives—
(a) A certificate of not less than three years' training before 1st November 1919 in the nursing and care of mental defectives in an institution recognised by the Council, or in the service of the Admiralty, the Army Council, or the Air Council, or as to part of said period in such an institution, and as to the remainder as a mental nurse in the service of the Admiralty, the Army Council, or the Air Council;
Or
(b) Evidence that the applicant has been for three years before the 1st day of November 1919 bona fide engaged in practice as a nurse for mental defectives, and evidence that at least two of said three years have been spent in an institution recognised by the Council for training for the purposes of the Register of nurses for mental defectives;
Or
(c) In the case of an applicant who is qualified for admission to the general part of the Register, a certificate of not less than two years' training before 1st November 1919 in an institution recognised by the Council for training for the purposes of the Register of nurses for mental defectives.
(7) For admission to the supplementary part of the Register con- taining the names of nurses trained in the nursing of sick children—
(a) A certificate of not less than three years' training before 1st November 1919 in a hospital or institution recog- nised by the Council for training for the purposes of the part of the Register containing the names of nurses trained in the nursing of sick children;
or
(b) Evidence that the applicant has been for three years before the 1st day of November 1919 bona fide engaged in practice as a nurse in attendance on sick children, and evidence that at least the first two of the said three years have been spent in a hospital or institution

recognised by the Council for training for the purposes of the part of the Register containing the names of nurses trained in the nursing of sick children;
or
(c) A certificate of not less than three years' training in a general hospital or institution recognised by the Council for training for the general part of the Register, and a certificate of not less than one year's subsequent training before 1st November 1919 in a hospital or institution recognised by the Council for the purposes of the part of the Register containing the names of nurses trained in the nursing of sick children.
(8) For admission to the supplementary part of the Register con- taining the names of nurses trained in the nursing of persons suffering from infectious diseases—
(a) A certificate from the Local Government Board for Scotland or from the Scottish Board of Health that the applicant possesses the qualifications for this part of the Register required by the Department so certi- fying;
or
(b) A certificate of not less than three years' training before 1st November 1919 from a hospital or institution recognised by the Council for training for the purposes of the part of the Register containing the names of nurses trained in the nursing of persons suffering from infectious diseases;
Or
(c) Evidence that the applicant has been for three years before the 1st day of November 1919 bona fide engaged in practice as a nurse in attendance on the sick, and evid- ence that at least the first two of the said three years have been spent in a hospital or institution recognised by the Council for training for the purposes of the part of the Register containing the names of nurses trained in the nursing of persons suffering from infectious diseases;
Or
(d) A certificate of not less than three years' training in a general hospital or institution recognised by the Council for training for the general part of the Register, and a certificate of not less than one year's subsequent train- ing before 1st November 1919 in a hospital or institution recognised by the Council for the purposes of the part of
